Since the temperature today was a mere 67 degrees, I was thinking about the poor birdies and how cold they must be :) Blaise and I decided to help them out and make sure they had ample food while in this frozen tundra. We made a super easy and cheap refill for our suet holder. To think, I used to spend more than a buck a piece on bird food suets!
We used 2 rice cakes, peanut butter, and some bird seed. The birds love it and the cats love watching the birds fatten up :)
