Life gave me lemons.
We seem to have a citrus overload in this house recently. After making limoncello, we juiced all of the lemons and got left with a quart of lemon juice. So, Blaise and I made some lemonade today. We have 7/8 of a quart of lemon juice left, so expect a lot of recipes with lemon juice :)
